Demolition Kronåsen Building 4
We have started planning for 2014, demolish and build new houses on the basis of housing 4. As an introduction, we invite all residents Kronåsen to a short briefing Thursday, May 3 at 18:00 We meet in our conference room in the same building as the office door on the west side.

Demolition preparation 2012-04-10
Susbo has started planning for the continued modernization of Kronåsen.
As an initial step in this planning, we have decided that all recidenses continue to rent with so called "demolition contracts" meaning
that the tenant´s normal tenancy by the contract.
The purpose of this is that we will be able to empty house 4 so that a complete reconstruction can be implemented. The demolition/reconstruction is not immedeatly imminent, we belives that the project as the demolition of house 4 can
be made until the summer of 2014 to be ready for occupation at earliest to the start of spring 2015.
Studycontrol 2012-02-17
Now it´s time again for all tenants to show study results for autumn 2011.
Certificates of academic results must be handed in to SUSbo before 15 March 2012.
If you fail to provide certificates in a timely manner as described above will a fee of 100SEK charges to the next invoice.
Renovation of house group C 2011-02-07
We have started planning for relining the C-house.
Planning and projecting is in progress and we expect to have an offer in the
end of March so that the procurement may be done in April, assuming the price is acceptable.
The implementation period is estimated to the autumn 2011 and early winter 2012.
We will provide more information when we have more information to give.

New rents for 2011 2011-01-18
SUSbo, Borådet and Residents’ association have today 2011-01-14 agreed to new rents applying for 2011. A general rent increase amounting to 2.4 % is adopted with effect from 1st of February. The increase will be evident with the payment notice of February, why it will be a couple of days late this time.

Renovation of house A
The major renovation project of house A, which we informed about a year ago, is pushed into the future. One reasons for this is that many residents didn’t like the idea and wanted the projects to be reconsidered. Another reason is that the bids we received were substantially more expensive than we thought.
Rent negotiations
The negotiations for the rent for the year 2011 have started between SUSbo and “Borådet”. New rental rates will apply from 1 January. You pay current rent as usual until the new rent is presented. Remember to put away some extra money every month if the negotiations drag on because there might be question of retroactive rent payments from 1 January.
